How do you?

How do we find God when we’ve never been introduced by one or another religion?

How do we know godliness?

Do we sense it in our skin? Through our intuition?

Through an inkling that stirs, speaks to us bone deep? Is it a whisper of absolute truth that we inexplicably recognize as such but lack the words to accurately describe. A simple and yet at times enormous feeling within?

Do we realize we have a soul, without being told we do? Do you?

Is it this inherent, latent, breathing contemplation that leaves us seeking, rejecting, feeling oppressed or enlightened by any religion based introduction to God?

How do you know God outside of religion? Or do you?

Is something spiritually real because someone told you it is? Or because when you breathe you can feel it in your breath? Inhaling and exhaling you into this life?

How do you define your spiritual truth? Or do you let others define it for you?

If their words and requirements, their rules or expectations fell away, would you still know Godliness in your being? Do you right now?
